We follow the National Curriculum for England, leading up the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) in Year 11.
Generally, children are admitted according to their age to the appropriate class. However, if an applicant seeks admission outside the child’s age group, the Principal will require the parents to explain, with supporting evidence, the reason for their request. Where it can be proven beneficial to the educational development of a child, KLISS will usually strive to offer support.
All our classrooms are spacious and can accommodate up to a maximum of 25 students.
English is the language of instruction at KLISS. Other modern foreign languages such as Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, Korean and/or Japanese are also offered.
A variety of sporting activities and clubs are offered. CCA is compulsory for all students from Year 7 to Year 10. For a full range of activities, kindly refer to the ECA section of our website.
For safety and comfort reasons, all students including staff at KLISS are expected to wear the school uniform, with pride.
